Swank Specialty Produce Master Chef: Miami

Join us select Saturday nights on the farm as Swank Table refines a new series, Swank Master Chef. Guests will be treated to a six course plated wine dinner by nationally recognized Master Chefs. All dinners will be created with specialty ingredients as well as produce and proteins grown on our farm. It is our mission to elevate like minded chefs that utilize locally sourced provisions from their own community so we can promote local food systems on a national level. Each Master Chef event will also support our community by donating a portion of proceeds to featured local charities.

The dinner starts at 6:30pm in our pole barn with hand passed canapes and cocktails by Sweetwater of Boynton Beach. Then at 7:30pm, we will begin the sit down portion of our dinner with wines paired by our Sommelier and live music by local entertainers. This is a more intimate style event so seating will be limited.

Our name says it all. The best chefs in southeast Florida know all about our bright vegetables, exquisite greens and fragrant herbs; and they are excited to share their creations utilizing them with you. For the past 15 years, we have delighted customers at our market stands and chefs in their restaurants who use our produce in their most enticing farm-to-table dishes.

*All events are Rain or Shine. No Refunds. Transfer to another date during the 2018/19 season for $25/person. NO Animals allowed (except Service Animals).
