Garden to Gut Workshop

This workshop will introduce beginners to the popular ferments of sourdough, kimchi, kombucha, and more. Master Gardener, Hyacinth Burrowes, will guide us through the difference between wild and cultured fermentation, as well as the supplies and steps to making your own delicious ferments. Each attendee will make a jar of fermented goodness to take home using locally sourced veggies!
